How these plans work
- Month-to-month — no lock-in contract, 30 days' notice to cancel.
- Support response times are measured during business hours (Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00 SAST) and are set out in full in our SLA.
- Billed monthly in advance via PayFast. Third-party costs (domain, hosting, app store fees) are billed at cost or paid on your own account.
- Included hours are for changes within the existing scope and don't roll over to the next month. Larger work is quoted separately.
- Plans cover sites and apps built by SifiSoft, and existing ones after a once-off takeover audit (from R500).
